Airodek is a lightweight soffit formwork system, capable of supporting concrete up to 450mm thick. Airodek panels can be combined with either props or RMD Kwikform shoring systems and dropheads to provide a quick strip system.
- Airodek panels are erected from below the soffit ensuring maximum safety levels are maintained.
- Airodek deck beams are designed with plastic upstands, providing secure location, preventing unintentional dislodging of the panels, increasing site safety.
- The quick strike pin releases the load in the props by lowering the crown and panel by 4mm with a single hammer blow.
- The Airodek drophead includes a safety catch that prevents accidental striking.
