Nationwide Coverage and Co-ordination
Co-ordinated from our customer service base at our head office in Aldridge, our national network of Customer Service Engineers provide local on-site support. As the main interface between customers and RMD Kwikform, our service engineers are able to report on a whole range of activity, co-ordinating with our branch network to ensure efficient equipment movement, identification and monitoring.
By offering this level of service, our engineers can advise customers throughout the various stages of the project, helping to keep costs under control, whilst ensuring the contract concludes to the satisfaction of all involved.
Training and on-site demonstrations
As part of our commitment to health and safety and the protection of our customers and their workforce, RMD Kwikform offers comprehensive training, including site demonstrations to educate staff in the safe handling, erection and dismantling of our equipment.
